The six beautiful competitors demonstrated intelligence, elegance and talent throughout four segments on the evening, namely; Introductory Speech, Talent, Evening Wear, and Question & Answer, with the swimsuit and costumes segments being completed on July 27. 

While the show got off to a late start and was punctuated with a near 1.5 hour break between the Talent and Evening Wear it was entertaining and kept the crowd guessing as to who would be crowned.

The competitors were:

Fanny Richardson	Kericia Barry	Kendisha Hall

At the end of the night (approx 2:00 a.m.), Ms. Fanny Richardson was crowned the 2008 Miss Anguilla Pageant Queen, with a total of 1,081 points. Ms. Kericia Barry was adjudged 1st Runner Up with  978 points, Ms. Kendisha Hall 2nd Runner Up with 926 points and Ms. Curlee Gumbs 3rd Runner Up with 918 points.

Ms. Richardson also won, Best Introductory Speech, Best Evening Wear, Best Talent, Best Swimsuit and Best Costume - in the mind of the judges, clearly out classing her rivals.
